We are proud to offer, at no cost to our members, an Employee Wellness Program. When so much in our country's concerns are out of our control, the most important issue - our health - is entirely, in our own hands. We have developed a plan to help you be more aware of your wellness and to work to improve it.
Our Wellness Program is a joint effort between Wellsource Inc, (provided by Christiana Care Health System) a nationally renown firm, and the Benefits Connection. For over 30 years, Wellsource products – which include health risk assessments (HRA), educational tools, and intervention programs – all of which have helped employers reduce their healthcare costs and motivating employees to improve their health.
Together with local Delaware organizations, we are committed to a healthier lifestyle. This joint effort has been established by the Benefits Connection in an effort to put Delaware businesses in the forefront in developing and maintaining a healthy workforce.
