MONITOR and SHARE your plan and goals with others. Keep a diary of your nutrition and activity, this will help you stay focused. 
 

Example - My two week goal is to.....

  • Take 10,000 steps daily
  • Plan meals and snacks with healthy foods
  • Drink 16oz of water daily
  • Take the stairs,
  • Park as far away as possible
  • Walk 10 miles
  • Etc, Etc, Etc...
