The Benefits Connection was established in 1980 with the primary purpose of providing a larger voice for small employers throughout the State of Delaware.

Our philosophy is to provide multiple carriers to promote competition for members' benefits. Also, to establish contracts that are designed to meet the needs and to benefit small employers in our state. By providing one primary contract for the entire group, it enables the "pooling" of the experience of all members. This gives our members:
